Brick Odyssey has been created by Rocco Buttliere an internationally recognised artist who professionally trained as an architect and has a passion to recreate this heritage in bricks. A lifelong brick builder, Rocco began his current body of work of 1:650 scale models in 2009. Since then, he has created dozens of original, brick-built works depicting a multitude of world landmarks, and geographically, historically accurate landscapes.

Throughout the exhibition visitors witness iconic global landmarks and historical periods as you’ve never seen them before! Brick Odyssey reconstructs icons of world heritage in over a million bricks. Contemplate the gardens of Taj Mahal, marvel at the cable suspension of the Golden Gate Bridge, reach new heights atop the Burj Khalifa, and see history come to life in the world’s first metropolis, Imperial Rome. The life’s work of one trained architect and artist, Brick Odyssey features stunning brick-built details and engineering solutions across more than 50+ stunning exhibits, all at one scale. The boundlessly imaginative variety of techniques is surpassed only by the insights that visitors will glean and the inspiration from this body of work they will apply in their own creations.
